The Mainship 34 Motor Cruiser (also refered to as 34 Trawler) is one of the most popular sedans built to date. A solid fiberglass semi-displacement hull design with a deep forefoot, slightly rounded bilges and a full length keel actually more closely resembles Down East-style workboats and cruisers..

First of the Mainship series, the appeal of the 34 has much to do with her trawler-style profile and superb economy at better than trawler speeds. With the 160hp Perkins diesel, the Mainship's easily driven hull will cruise at 10 knots at 6 gph. At a more relaxed speed of 8.5 knots fuel consumption drops to less than 2 gph.

Forward is the master stateroom with a large berth and ample storage including hanging lockers on the port and starboard sides. Moving aft to starboard is a head with a separate shower stall. Across from the head to port is the galley. Two steps up is the main salon with lower helm station to starboard, sofa bed to port. Sliding doors exit the salon to a covered aft cockpit. The cabin has Reverse Cycle Heat and Air.

The Galley offers a Two Burner Stove with cover, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator with Freezer, Coffee Maker, and Hot and Cold Pressure Water. This boat has a large amount of counter space with storage above and below. An Intercom System allows for communication with the Bridge.
