Accommodations
Forward is a large V berth with storage shelves on the sides. Going aft the head is on the port side with a stand alone shower and curtain dividing the head. The main saloon has a dinette on the port side and a single berth on the starboard side. The galley has a propane stove with oven and 12 volt refigeration. There is plenty of storage in the galley for food and pots and pans.The navigation station has a Kenwood single sideband radio and a Standard VHF radio. Just behind the nav station is a quarter berth. The engine can be accessed from the front or both sides.

Galley
The Galley has a three burner propane stove with an oven, stainless steel sink with hot and cold preasure water. The ice box has an Adlor Barbour refrigeration system in the main box and ice in the forward cooling box.

Electronics
The boat has a depth and speed instrument, wind speed and direction,Vhf radio, Kenwood single sideband radio, and stereo and CD player. It also has an Alpha Marine 3000 below the decks auto pilot.

Electrical
It comes with shore power, 12 volt system,4 six volt batteries new in 2001.Battery switch and room for one more starting battery.

Deck
The anchor is a 35 LB CQR with chain to rope. She comes equiped with all the spinaker gear and 2 spinakers. She also has 2 mains 3 head sails roller furling and all the lines lead aft to make single handling very easy.

Mechanical
The engine is by Universal and the log shaft has a PYI dripless packing gland installed. There are for primary winches and two on the cabin top. The boat has manual and 12 volt bilge pump and blowers

Additional
The boat also has a steel cradle for out of water storage.
