Seven C’s is a 53' 1986 Performance Offshore Cruiser that has been owned by a knowledgeable owner who has maintained her with an open checkbook policy. With the home port in Holland Michigan, she has been stored in Indoor Heated Storage during the off seasons. The complete exterior of this vessel has been Awl-gripped…Exterior teak has been maintained with Sikkens each year…she has an updated galley…Naiad Stabilizers… Bow Thruster…Water Maker System…Two Generators and more. The 53’ Defever is a three stateroom, 3 ensuite head layout and is ready for her new owner.

Seven C’s is a 3-stateroom, 3-ensuite head layout and a walk in engine room below, an aft deck, salon, galley and wheelhouse above. She has an extremely large enclosed flybridge and extended hard top that is utilized for the storage of a 12’ Zodiac rigid bottom dinghy.

From the aft deck, there is access either to a swim platform via a stainless steel ladder or through double doors into the main salon. This yacht has complete walk around decks and lends it to use by a couple with no captain. The bow area is large and has Built-in Seating with Cover, Deck Storage Boxes, Shore and Freshwater Service and Anchor Windless and Ground Tackle.

The main salon features a settee, occasional chairs, convertible sofa, table, entertainment center with color TV and storage cabinets. Aft in the salon, a private staircase leads to both the master stateroom and the engine room. Fwd of the salon is a large dining area and U shaped galley with abundant storage. Additional storage is located at the base of the staircase, which leads to the fly bridge. Forward of the main salon and galley is the pilot house with both port and starboard entry doors, a large bench helm seat, overheat electronics area and loads of storage and drawers. Going forward and down a staircase is access to the V.I.P. Stateroom and V Berth that feature en suite heads with stall type showers in each.

The galley on this boat is designed for extended use with loads of storage throughout. Her U shaped design lends it self to having plenty of counter space with a long breakfast bar. It has a Dishwasher, 4 Burner Electric Range, Microwave Oven, Convection Oven, Coffee Maker and a large Refrigerator with Freezer, Ice Maker and Water Dispenser.

The Lower Station has a wide open helm with a commanding view. The helm is separated from the rest of the vessel by a bulkhead forward of the galley. Steps up to bridge and down to forward cabins are here. The captain’s bench seat has plenty of storage along with two removable tables. All ships panels are located here. Electronics overhead and at helm. Side decks can be accessed through port and stbd pilot house doors. At the Lower Helm of this boat you will find an Intercom System, Navigation Phone, Ray marine RN300 GPS, Ray marine VHF, Davis Weather Station, Simrad Radar, Simrad Plotter, Robertson Autopilot, Tide Finer, Spotlight, Engine Synchronizer, Rudder Angle Indicator, Compass, Icom S.S. band Radio, Hart Tank Tender, Vetus Bow Thruster Control and Naiad Marine Stabilizer Control. The lower helm is Air Conditioned.

The Upper Helm has Simrad Radar, Simrad Plotter, Signet Depth, Hailer, Intercom System, Rudder Angle Indicator, VHF Radio, Robertson Auto Pilot, GPS, Stereo, Stabilizer and Bow thruster Controls.

This vessel has 50 Amp Shore Service, 30 Amp Shore Service, Xantrex Link 2000 Heart Interface/Charger, 8 KW Onan Generator with Sound Box, 20 KW Onan Generator with Sound Box and a Sentry Battery Charger.
