The 3100 Open sleeps four people. Two in the forward stateroom and two on the convertible dinette.

The forward stateroom offers an angled berth with drawer storage underneath, an opening deck hatch, hanging locker, Air/heat and a hard privacy door instead of the typical draw curtain.

The salon has a wrap around style dinette with table that converts to a bed. There is beautiful Teak & Holly across the cabin floor and Teak throughout the cabin.

The head offers a Raritan electric flush toilet and an area for a shower.

The interior is clean for her age and is well kept and in order throughout.

The galley has a Norcold refrigerator/freezer, Kenyon 2 burner electric stove w/cover, Stainless sink, Pressure Hot/Cold water and storage throughout.
