This one-owner vessel is a great example of the highly aclaimed Catalina 30 Tall Rig with a winged keel. This traditionally styled sailing yacht has always been a top choice for cruisers, due to its wide and deep hull creating exceptional volume above and below decks and for its stability under sail. Accommodations
Vessel walkthrough starting forward you find a large double v-berth with a removable center cushion. Just aft to port you have a fully enclosed head. To starbord across from the head you find a convenient vanity counter with cabinet storage below. Next aft is the spacious main salon. The bulkhead mounted table allows the port settee to convert into a large double berth and there is a full length single berth on the starboard settee. Aft of the salon to port is a convenient "U" shaped galley with the nav station across to starboard. Finally, there is a large double quarter berth to starboard behind the nav station.

Galley
The galley has a double S.S. sink with hot and cold pressure water,large capacity ice box, 2 burner electric stove and a microwave oven.

Electronics
The boat is equipped with a VHF radio, depth and knotmeter and a Autohelm Auto Pilot.

Electrical
The 30 amp shore power service comes with a 50' shore power cord. The boat also has a dual battery system.

Deck
The boat has pedistal mounted steering with a mounted instrument panel. It also has cockpit cushions.

Additional
The sail inventory consist of a full main and a 165% jib with a roller furling system. All leads are lead back to the cockpit for single handed use.
