1994 Mainship 31 Sedan Bridge

The 31 Mainship Sedan is very unique with features that are nearly impossible to find in this size boat. Some examples are steps from the flybridge forward to the bow for easy access (which also makes for a huge interior!) molded in steps from the cockpit to the flybridge (very easy to get to the bridge) and 2 staterooms. This boat is loaded with big options such as T-7.4L EFI Engines, Kohler 6.5KW Generator, Windlass, Air/Heat, GPS, Radar, All the canvas and much more!!
When the current owner bought this boat he went and looked at every 31 Mainship available on the Great Lakes and found this one to be the nicest- since then he has made the boat even nicer with some of his own improvements. Accommodations
Sleeps 6 people. 2 in the forward stateroom, 2 in the side stateroom and 2 on the settee. The interior is spacious and includes hard doors to the staterooms and a second door in the head for privacy to the forward stateroom. The cabin is well lighted and airy, feels very open. Note also the current owners had a $2500 marine tempur-pedic mattress made for the forward stateroom.

Galley
The galley is on the port side as you enter the cabin and includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink with hot & cold pressure water and lots of storage throughout. The large U-shaped settee opposite the galley offers a table with storage below and plenty of room for guests.

Electronics
The electronics are located on the flybridge helm station and include a compass, VHF radio, depth, Raytheon GPS, Raytheon Radar, speed/distance log, 2 separate stereos and a remote control spotlight.

Includes a Kohler 6.5KW Generator w/76 hours, 3 batteries, shore power, battery charger and selector switch.

Deck
Features a molded in bow pulpit, opening deck hatch, molded in steps to the bridge, bridge walk thru to the bow, anchor with chain, radar arch, transom door, bell, dock lines, fenders, swim platform & ladder, throwable, life jackets, fire ext., full bridge enclosure canvas and aft curtain for the cockpit.

Includes a Kohler 6.5KW Generator with 76 hours, 2 Air/Heat units, bilge blowers & pumps, engine alarms, Electric head, hot/cold transom shower, CO detector, Spare Props, Halon, sea strainers, engine synch gauge, trim tabs, Lofrans Windlass and more.
There is also a spare parts kit inluded W/spark plugs, water pump immpellors, Etc...

This boat has always been kept inside heated storage and has been maintained to the highest degree.
