Accommodations
This boat sleeps 7 people comfortably. 2 in the forward stateroom, 2 in the master stateroom, 2 on the pull-out sofa and 1 on the convertible dinette. The forward stateroom includes a large double bed with storage underneath, a hanging locker, lots of headroom and a private access to the head. The salon is larger than you would expect and has a complete entertainment system including a JVC TV, VCR, double tape deck, CD player and Tuner. You will also find a large leather L-shape sofa/hide-a-bed and a leather barrel chair. The interior colors are earthtone and neutral; most all of the decorations stay with the boat. The master stateroom is aft and has 3 hanging lockers, a lighted vanity with stool, a TV and another private head. Note both heads have separate shower stalls. The wrap-around dinette is down across from the galley and also converts to a bed. The interior is tastefully decorated and in mint condition!

Galley
The galley includes a wood floor, 3 burner stove, microwave/convection oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, built-in coffee maker, double sink, GE dishwasher, and storage throughout. Note also a GE washer & dryer.

Electronics
Has a compass, Raytheon 202 VHF Radio, Raytheon R41XX Radar, GPS/Raychart 600XX, Robertson AP300X Autopilot, Autohelm tri-data, digital tachs, Intercom/Telephone system, second stereo system on the bridge, speaker selector switch, hailer and remote spotlight.

Electrical
Has 3 batteries, 2 50amp shore power inlets, a Kohler 9kw generator(737 hours), Pro Mariner 60amp battery charger, cable TV hook-up and battery selector switches.

Deck
This 440 Carver is White with Navy blue trim and Navy canvas. Also includes a hard top with radar arch and wing doors. The aft deck has berber carpet, wicker deck furniture, wet bar with ice maker and refrigerator. Other features include a swim platform/ladder, bow pulpit, Caribe 11.5 dinghy w/20hp Mercury, bimini top with enclosure, hard top enclosure, windshield cover, bow sunpad, transom shower, anchor/line, dock lines, fenders, life jackets, windlass and more.

Has 3 heat and A/C units, Glendinning engine synchronizer, Halon system, CO detectors, Raycor fuel filters, sea strainers, trim tabs, engine alarms, fuel selector valves, rudder angle indicator, Maxwell windlass W/remote, LP-800 Nick Jackson davit system and more. Note also the boat is equipped with a X-changer oil changer that pumps both engines and generator AND both transmissions for ease of maintenance.
